  • Property Coverage

    This coverage protects the physical assets inside and outside of a business and/or community. Assets typically included in this coverage are: commercial buildings, band-owned housing, inventory and contents within covered buildings, and equipment. 

  • Crime

    Provides coverage for events typically not covered under the General Liability or Property coverage in respect to the business. This coverage protects you from employee dishonesty and fraudulent acts, loss of money inside and outside of your premise, counterfeit money, and fraudulent money orders, debit, or credit card transactions.

  • General Liability

    This is designed to provide your business operations with protection against claims of bodily injury and property damage as they relate to your business operations, products, premises, completed operations, as well as personal injury and advertising and personal injury liability.

  • Environmental Liability

    This covers liability and cleanup expenses associated with pollution by protecting businesses and communities involved in creating, processing, or transporting products that could be potential contaminants.

  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment

    Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage provides protection in the event that a plan member incurs a loss, or loss of use of: life, limb, sight, hearing, and/or speech due to an accidental injury.

  • Directors & Officers Liability

    D&O insurance coverage protects the directors and officers of corporations and other entities against legal judgments and related expenses resulting from allegations of wrongful acts committed in the individual capacity as directors and officers.

    This coverage is designed protect the vehicles owned by your business or community. Coverage includes: 

    • Section A: Third Party Liability - Coverage for the legal responsibility to others arising out of an auto accident-causing injury or death, or damage to there property. 
    • Section B: Accident Benefits - Health coverage to the person insured, immediate family and individuals injured or killed in the accident. 
    • Section C: Loss of or Damage to Insured Vehicle - All Perils Coverage 

    Endorsements :

    • 21B: This policy provides coverage for any vehicles owned by the named insured 
    • SEF 6c: Permission to carry passengers 
    • SEF 20: If loss to insured vehicle, the insurer will reimburse you for reasonably incurred expenses for a rental vehicle
